How do I purchase a product on the e-store? 

  • Click on the product you wish to purchase. 
  • Click on ‘Add to Bag’ on the product page. 
  • Review the items you have selected to purchase by clicking on the ‘My Bag’ link at the top of the page
  • Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order

Do I need to set up an account in order to make a purchase on the e-store? 

You don’t have to create an account to make a purchase. However, creating an account will make it easy for you to shop again with us. If you make an account, you will be able to track your order, review past purchases as well as save your address & card information so you can shop efficiently the next time around. 

 

What do I do if I forget the password for my account? 

You can easily reset your password by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ on the Sign In page. Just follow the instructions & you will be able to easily regain access again. 

 

Can I change my order once it has been placed? 

Making amends to an order is not possible once it is paid. We are unable to combine orders, add pieces to an existing order, change the size and billing address once an order has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept & is it safe for me to use my credit card online? 

We accept all credit/debit cards powered by Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a highly secure checkout system. 

 

How do I choose the currency I want to pay in? 

You can easily set the currency you would like to pay in by clicking on the currency showing at the top right corner of the website. Click & set the currency to the one you would like. If you can not see your currency, you can click on ‘Auto’ in the currency tab & the currency of the location you are in will be displayed. 

 

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost? 

Pakistan delivery time: Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days from the date you place your order. 

International delivery time: Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the date you place your order.

Do you offer same day delivery? 

We currently do not offer same day delivery

 

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have queries, you can contact customer care by emailing hello@noorbynatasha.com or clicking on the Whatsapp button on our website. Please be sure to provide your order number.

How much duties & charges do I have to pay? 

Shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.
